U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.
Chips Mayai
Ingredients
1. 4 normal sized potatoes
2. 2 eggs
3. Frying oil
4. Frying pan
Procedure
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized fries.
Heat oil in the frying pan until boiling.
Crack 2 eggs and mix it in a bowl.
Insert the fries into the pan
Wait until the fries become soft.
Touch with a spatula to make sure they are soft.
Add the egg mixture into the frying pan.
Allow it to cook for a few minutes.
Then flip it over with the spatula.
Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Put the chips mayai into a plate.
If you want you can add ketchup or salt.
